India Times Shopping - (b) Not responsive staff (b) 50% off is marketing gimmic and not ethical

Hi,

I bought Epson printer in August from India times shopping - Order # 111222622. India times shopping claimed to give 50% points equal to Rs. 2250 as Gift coupans. They have paid only once Rs. 750. Subsequenlty i have sent 14 emails from August to Feb and they haven't responded at all.

"COMPLAINT: GC for Order No. 111222622, Against 50% Back Offer - COMPLAINT *** Issue is not closed - GCs never sent earlier despite several remainders ***Saturday, January 24 8:46 AM"

Their customer service is pathtic, and the issue is not resolved at all. I hope India travel shopping, customer service head will get a chance to look at this and resolve this issue. Till that point of time i have decided not to buy any bogus gimmics india times shopping (or) their products.
