I am using broad band service from BSNL (Phone no:080-22449716) and for the past 3 months I am having problems with the connection due to some reason or the other, which is not rectified till date. Several times I have taken my time out to complain to the concerned authorities at BSNL Office at Jayanagar. Despite personal assurances by various officials, they are unable to rectify the problem. However, I have been getting monthly bills from BSNL for the services which I am not being provided with. The gentlemen from BSNL, who visited my apartment, first said that the modem is faulty and asked me to change it. During his second visit he mentioned that there was fault at the server level and assured the problem will be solved, but to my surprise the service did not resume. I have personally carried modem to BSNL office at Jayanagar which was updated by technicians on upgraded software without yielding any positive results. Now whenever I visit the Jayanagar telephone exchange office, I get a response that everything would be fine but nothing is fine so far, hence I am compelled to bring this matter to your notice. Furthermore what disappoints me more is inspite of being such a tech savvy nation and living in silicon valley of India one has to still struggle to get a simple running broad band connection and has to wait for months together.
