Senior citizen facing problem of wrong billing amount

Sir,

I m the consumer of BSNL (Ph-0522-2613375) facing problem of wrong and excess

billing amount.

My internet is dead for last 3 months &BSNL send me the wrong bill of unused

internet period. I make internet complaints & get complaint no.but my complaint

remains unsolved.

Sir, please resolve all this problems as i m a senior ctizen & not able to run the

office as i m suffering from severe joint pains thatswhy i m facing great difficulty &

loss of money.

Kindly solve my problem of wrong billing & please disconnect my phone connection.
