Slow speed after upgrading the connection

SIR,

i was previously using 250 plan and have upgraded to 750 unlimited plan & now my speed has decreased drastically around 60 kpbs instead of 256 kpbs as was in the plan, this is kind of general problem .i am citizen of distric hardoi & my no is 223099

kindly do something for it
