Sir,
As we know, I shall have to make a routine complaint to 25292198 almost each other day for better service because my telephone has not been working properly almost since its installation. Definitely, few days it was OK but almost on a regular basis I could not hear talk from the other end due to a very noisy, annoying background sound and sometimes, it becomes so loud that I have to disconnect the line. If you go through the complain list, you will definitely find that the list contains exaggeratedly high number of complaints. But unfortunately, till today the problem persists.
I have also another serious complaint against your lineman who attends (sometimes contacts over telephone) when any complaint is lodged. I remember, I have already made similar complaint against that very lineman regarding his service and conduct. He sometimes has asked me over telephone, “Why are you making so many complaints when the set is OK? ” In reply I have told him “ I have enough time and for mking fun I have been doing so! ” I do not know, how he gets this type of audacity to make such comment against a customer! He is a worthless worker of your department and I am so unlucky that I have been facing this only man every time. I do not know, how long he has been in this area and how long I have to bear his conduct. Do not you have another person beside him who can also perform the same duty of his type here?
Final allegation is that, most probably on Wednesday/ Thursday (21/05/09 or 22/05/09) when I personally has not been at home, he has come and suggested that the change of set could solve the problem. So he has done accordingly in front of my wife and replace my green colour set with a red coloured, very old, roughly used and dirty, worthless telephone. Besides doing good he has make my problem more serious what he is always used to do.
I request you, please take step and return my old problem-set for the time being in lieu of this red worthless one or replace this red set with a brand new one, if possible. If you can not do better to anybody please do not try to do worst.
