As per my application, i got a BSNL Broadband Connection at my residence number 0265-2643630, in the second week of March 09.
Till now i have not been able to use this as an "error message 691" appears as i tend to login.
On my request, the password and login was reset seceral times by your personnel. How ever, the problem persists.
I had made several complaints with 12678 and the contract agent who has provided the support. There is no action so far. I am charged for the BSNL connection which i have never used.
Pls arrange to rectify this problem on priority.
