Not taken their responsibility for his bradband service

Dear sir,

here I would like to say that we are surviving from very poor service from BSNL Broadband.they are not responding us we are facing lot of problems.

our branch office in patna having a BROADBAND service for our trading house and etc.our service sector is based on good service from us, but due to BROADBAND we are suffering.

sir either you try to take any action against them, either we go for shutdown.

we have allready complained for this since last 6 days but they not responding properly.

Mr. brajesh mishra (sdo) told us "ee sab to hote rahta hai ".this problem we are facing only in bihar,

our compail no- is 5881

please take it seriously please.
