Besides frequent breakdown broadband services provided by BSNL, Nagpur there is complete breakdown since 3rd Sept.2009 and lodged the complaint with their customer care on 4th September, the complaint no.assigned is 54640.The fault repairing mechanism is so disgusting that in-spite of frequent personal visit till this day of 11th Sept.2200 hrs neither the complaint has been attended nor any efforts have been initiated till this day to rectify the broadband connectivity failure.
