Not able to check account usage rate

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that i am facing problem while trying to check my account usage. It's because the site is not opening and showing some error since for 2 months. As i am not able to check my account details i am facing problems.

So i would request you to look in to the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
