My name is Vinay Rajr. I am using broadband for the last 3 years. recently my computer was formatted . we lost the password .i have made several calls to 10-15 bsnl numbers in aluva and ernakulam. But there is no response.connection is in the name of my father Mr. Ranachandran Nair and number is -2607206 (0484).location West Kadungalloor near aluva.exchange is thottakattukara.please do something so that i can use net connection as early as posssible.
