My BSNL Broad band has been activated on 01-01.Since then I am not getting Internet. For the first few days I could connect for 2 or 3 hours at night. Now I could not connect to internet at all. I already complained regarding this at BSNL office 4 times and at customer care same number of times, complaint number is 10165.they are not solving the problem despite of repeated complaints.
As my plan is un750, I has to pay the total amount of 750/-at the end of the month irrespective of the usage. Sir please take the necessary action as soon as possible.
