I'm a bsnl prepaid mobile Customer of Chennai Circle, While I was in roaming (Kerala, Karnataka) and other Parts of TamilNadu (not roaming). I'm not able to receive calls from other networks. My friends from Vodafone and Airtel network getting "Number Not In Use" error while trying my number.
