DEAR SIR / MADAM

I AM THE CUSTOMER OF BSNL (PH NO.09431360928) PRE PAID SERVICE, THEY OFFERED A PLAN TO GET UR PH. RECHARGE BY 111 AND ALL YOUR OUTGOING CALLS TOTALLY FREE FROM BSNL TO BSNL IN BIHAR AND JHARKKHAND BETWEEN 11PM TO 6 AM, ON THAT PERIOD THEY HAD DEDUCTED MY BALANCE, WHE I COMPLANIT IN CUSTOMER CARE, HE WAS ALWAYS GIVING ME ASSURANCE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM FOR LAST TWO MONTHS, BUT TODAY THEY TOLD ME WE CANT DO NOTHING BECAUSE U DIDNT CALL ME REGULARLY EVEN I HAVE GIVEN SAME COMPLAINT ALMOST FIVE TIME, THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME, EACH AND EVERY DAY I HAVE FACE PROBLEM, I CAN CHANGE IT BUT I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHY ARE THE DOING SUCH TYPE OF CHEATING WITH THIR CUSTOMER, ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU PLZ TAKE PROPER ACTION AGAINST IT.
