I recharged my bsnl prepaid sim (9462181726) with gprs voucher (Rs 230 in rajasthan).it worked fine for 3 days then it stopped working, my balance is getting deducted now.i did 3 complaints by calling on customer care but its been a week and they didnt did anything. i did the same complaint over bsnl service centre and main exchange office also but response to my complaint yet.
What should I do know? BSNL is doing Fraud...
