Telephone not working

Myself Dr Dilip Kumar Verma, Senio Scientist, Indian Agricultural research Institute, Regional Station, Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar is having BSNL landline No 06274-240071.

Since yesteryears November my phone is sometimes working some times not. When complain is being made, theyu start weeping that here in Pusa Exchange there is no staffs, who can look after.

Now since March my phone is totally dead.

Let me know what shall I do?
