I hav purchase a bsnlbroadbandwifi modem 1mth ago..and till date its not working due to which my work is held up..and and after complaining so amny times... no action is taken from ur company regarding this matter..so kindly pls take some action asap..otherwise i hav to some legal action towards your company (bsnl).
