I purchased 1gb transcend pen drive from M/s. Paras stationery 11B vertex vikas M.V road, near railway station andheri east mumbai 400069. MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA INDIA.vide cash memo no. 42853 date 05/06. this is to inform you that now my pen drive is not working. I told owner of shopkeeper that this pendrive is in warranty and still 3 days to go for completing the warranty please replce the same but shopkeeper refuse to replace pen drive. he told me they don't have sufficient time to send in company. Then I stongly insist him to send the pen drive in company. presently he took pen drive from me for sending to company but I am sure he will not take any action in same.
kindly help me in this matter and advice me.
