Service provider: BSNL
Internet and phone services are not at all working from last couple of months. Whenever i called for costumer care services, they keep on saying that, everything is fine, thier must be some problem in your computer. We have been paying the bill for the last 4 months, keeping in mind that they would take any step. And moreover whenever we went to the office they behaved very badly. We are dissatisfied by the services provided by them and also the harrasment caused by these people.
