I took excel ananth pre paid life long incoming free. At the time when I took the connection condition is 'once in six months activate with minimum Rs.50/- top-up card. I used the connection for nearly 3 years with Rs.50 or Rs.100/- and getting validition for six months every time. On May 27th.2009 I paid Rs.55- for topup card and got talk time Rs.50/-with a hope that validation extends for six months (which is due June 4th). But after June 4th my cell connection deactivated stating the reason validity voer and I was informed that the reactivation charge min.is Rs.221.No noties given by BSNL.and with out my knowledge cell is deactivated. Which is cintrary to the initial agreement.
