My telephone number is 02027650533. My telephone plan is one India and Broadband plan was 500C.
First month broadband bill including telephone charges have come upto Rs 11605/ in which the broadband usage charges are Rs 6277.52/.
I have taken the connection so as to restrict my bill not to exeed 500 for broadband, i doubt whether the bill has got some wrong values as my actual usage was not too much.
The portal gives the details of usage which is correct accordign to the bill but this is a huge amount according to my capability.
Myself a physically challenged person who is striving to live is in no way able to pay such a high bill but i have made the payment by some ways.
I request you to please crossverify the bill and usage and if possible refund the amount which is excess.
