Hi, My name is Durgesh Kabra.

I have submitted a request to BSNL BTM office on 26-June for shifting phone from BTM 1st Stage to BTM 2nd Stage. I had been informed that It will get done within 7 days.

Its been 15 days still there is no information on shifting part.

Request you to take an action on this.
