Too rude customer incharge in Digras - Maharashtra

1. I had one BSNL sim card in name of my mother (Nirmala Roda) from Digras - Maharashtra. And we are using it for past 7-8 years (9422168451). Due to some reason the SIM card got currupted and we wanted to get that replaced.

2. The incharge at BSNL office in Digras - 445203 (Dist: Yavatmal, Maharashtra) started literally torchuring us, with all kind of rediculous demands.

3. Exactly when did this card stopped functioning. It should match the data in their databse, tha only he will do the needful.

4. After giving this info, What was the exact balance in the card. For God's sake no on can keeps on checking the prepaid balance every now and than.

5. Give a written complaint, FIR and what not. In so many frequent visits to the office, the card is now lost somewhere and it has balance of not less than 350 Rs.

6. I have one airtel number and once when that card was corrupted, it was replaced almost immediately, taking my photo id and written complaint.
