POLICY NO :066871025 FOR Rs 66.80 AND 971809423 FOR Rs 56.80
The above two policies have salary deductions and it is regulary remitted Rs 124.00 since 1989 after monthly deduction from my salary to Yavatmal office. After my transfer to SBI, Arni your Yavatmal office returend the premium stating to remit at Digras branch Yavatmal. I sent these deductions from Apil 2007 to your Digras office till Nov and thereafter from SBI, Gadchiroli to March. My policy no 971809423 was due in June. I have not receipt any information about these maturity, therefore, I approached to your office no II at Yavatmal, but they said there is no premium depoisted in your policy since April 07 and you will get the amount after deducting these unpaid premium. I told them, the premium sent to your Digras branch as per your instructions. There answer was thar you bring premium from Digras office. Is it my fault. Howerever, I visit to Digras branch and bring the premium and I got maturity amount by dedctiong Rs 284.00 as inpaid premium.
Sir It is surprise that in Policy no 066871025 all the premium deposited upto Feb 09 as both the premium sent by draft of Rs 124.00 together.
I have changed the payment mode of policiy no 66871025 to half yearly and deposited premium for Mar 09 and Apr 09 whereas the draft of Rs 124.00 sent to your Digras office for the premium for Mar 09 of both policcies and it is paid by SBI, Digras branch on 13.04.09 deposited to LIC, Digras account.
Sir, please arrange to refund my premium of policy no 66871025 of Rs 66.80 and policy no. 971809423 of Rs 284.00 (Total Rs 350.60).
In this connection, I have visit Your Digras branch twice from Yavatmal and sent two reminders, but I not got fruitful result. I have already spent Rs 200.00 for refund of unpaid premium.
