Caller tune problem

I am AKASH GARG having BSNL post paid number 9453033626... I contacted to one the Bsnl's customer care executive named Sandeep on 28th nov at around 00:45am. he solved my problem but was behaving badly. And on further querry he kept my phone on hold. After 20 minutes i called up again to customer care and co-incidently, it was he again and without listening this to me he again put me on hold. this happened 2-3 times more. it was really very bad on part BSNL.
