My friend have life time validity sim of BSNL.He recive message from BSNL Save your talk value Recharge in one or two days. He reacharge with 56Rs. TOPUP but his service expire. When
he complaints at costumer care ha say Minium 200Rs. TOPUP required But it is not maintion in Previous message.
