Discount not given to subs

When i applied for a Brade Band connection I got a promotional schem offer of Discount Rs. 300/- (Rs. 100/- each month) from my telephone bill. But still now not given to me this discount offer. I am given them two letter also but no result till now.

Please given me justice.
