I am using cellone post paid connection (9447856726). For the past 4-5 months my account is debited for rs 30/- every month towards wap Hvideo pack service without my consent. Every day i am receiving unwanted sms from the number 58888.
Cellone customer care people doesn't know how to cancel the same. Thrice, approached cellone office they asked me to send UNSUBALL to the number 58888. I thought the problem will be solved. But the same month I had received sms " your sub hvideo of the day will be renewed on 25/10/10. to unsub click here http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp? =735
I clicked the said link to unsubscribe but getting error message... again i approached the customer care office this time they said they will send mail to concern person to unsub but still i am getting sms and my account is getting debited for rs 30/&
Reequest you to kindly do the needful to unsubscribe from wap hvideo...
