My name is Swapneel Kelkar. My BSNL Mobile No. is 919422030429. I have been facing a strange problem with my number. Evenif my cell phone is switched off or out of network and some one tries to contact me, he get to hear my complete caller tone and after that a message comes that the person is not reachable. The person on the other line gets an impression that I did not want to attend his call but the reality is my mobile is switched off or out of network and hence I am not able to know some one was claaing me. Also the network quality of BSNL is very very poor. Call drpos are very high. I hope this complaint reaches the right person and the issue is sorted out. Tis problem is very serious and may cost a lot in my professional life.
