Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I have not been receiving my credit card bills on time. Last month the bill which I was to clear by the 1st of April was received by me on the 18th of April. I did put in my complaint at your call centre. This month I have not received any bill till date. Busy people like us need your help as we work more than 10 to 12 hrs.and may not remember to check on receiving of payment bill. Moreover, the offers that I have been receiving are all meant for your Gold Card and not the Platinum Card that I hold. All this makes me feel I better avoid using the HSBC card that I hold as the services of other banks are far better and devoid of problems.
