With due respect I beg the the following facts for urs kind consideration, that I m the users of west bengal, Kharagpur telecom of paschim medinipur dist had dissapoint wth urs Bsnl company.
I had apply for connection on 24.09.2008 and I got the connection on 17.11.08 but my bill attached frm the mnth whch I had been applied and their is alot of dispute in my billing whch the ATRc mam couldn't solve my problem. Another dispute with my consumer executive for my portal password whch was given wrong at first passwrd and when asked for my portal password he forced me for my private password and I said straightly no. Then after i put the application towards to SDET office and aftr 7 Days Bsnl executive came and gave the portal password. the portal was not macthing wth the previous one which was given through Bsnl consumer department wrong portal pass: fag72511412008 and the right one sag72511412008 . So I am upset wth Bsnl services which gave full of Harrasment and irritates me .many many of comlpaints I had to made but its not meant for this online . so sir I had dissconectted it without paying my due bills for this above reason . so try to resolve me frm ths problem.
