RECENTLY I HAVE SUBMITTED A APPLICACTION FOR A NEW TELEPHONE CONNECTION. AT MY HOUSE BUT THE TELEPHONE DEPERTMENT ARE RESPONDING TO SLOWLY TO GIVE THE CONNECTIONS AT MY HOUSE.
I HAVE APPLIED FOR IT ON THE 19TH AUGUST OF THIS YEAR AND THE CUSTOMER CARE SAID TO ME THAT THE CONNECTION WILL BE GIVEN AT MY HOUSE AND IT WILL TAKE 2 OR THREE DAYS AND MAXIMUM ONE WEEK.
AND THEY ALSO SAID TO ME THAT IF I HAVE EMERGENCY THAN TO CONTACT MY LOCAL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE.
AFTER THAT I HAVE MADE CONTACT WITH THE LOCAL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE OFFICE ON THE SAME DAY OF APPLICATION, AND THEY ARE SAID TO ME THAT THE NEW CONNECTION WILL BE GIVEN TO ME WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK.
BUT TO DAY IS THE 13TH DAY PASSING FROM THE DATE OF THE APLLICATION, THE ARE NOT GIVE ME THE CONNECTION.
NOW WHAT I CAN DO? ACTUALY INEED A BRODBAND CONNECTION, SO AFTER RECIEVING THE NEW I APPLYING FOR THE BBD. BUT WHERE IS MY CONNECTION WHAT IS MY TELEPHONE NO.? I STILL DON'T NO YET. AND ALSO I DON'T KNOW THAT WHAT I HAVE TO DO FOR IT. PLEASE HELP ME.
