I have been complaining to bsnl right from may20th that my connection isn't working till today 9th june. Every day they jus ring up and check the ip address and ask if all the modem lights are glowing. One day i lost my temper and asked them to terminate this connection, which made some sr. official to call me up suddenly and that day my net was working & after that it started again. I repeatedly urged them to visit my system and make a check. But none of them came fwd... (does bsnl people need extra allowance of petrol for visiting their customer's premises).. They send the bill, for my non usage of internet??? good show bsnl... if this is the way u run d show, audience will surely quit it asap...
