Delaying in bsnl landline connection

We are residing at mehadipatnam in hyderabad. we have applied for bsnl landline connection. we need landline connection for internet purpose. but people in the bsnl office are saying it is not possible to give landline connection to this particular area because of limited connections. need a solution for this.
