My telephone no. is 040 23055715. unfortunately i made the mistake of making payment of above telephone bills via icici/sbi credit card, on 3 occasions totaling about Rs.3000/-. although bsnl received payment they have not adjusted against my bills on some technical ground. hence, to avoid disconnection, i again paid the bills direct (viz. double payment). i made a complaint in the web site of bsnl more than 8 months back for adjustment of excess amount against my current bills, to which they promptly replied that once updation of a/c is over, the excess amount lying to my credit will be adjusted. i regret that inspite of number of reminders no action has been taken. now i am fed up and asked for disconnection of my phone. i am told that i've to submit application for disconnection!!! which means i have to run around their office even for disconnection. it is not surprising that bsnl is losing customers so fast, it will end up as a WHITE ELEPHANT.
