Delay in refund of telephone deposit

My landline no. is 040-2766 2396.Since yesterday, I am having problem with the connection.

The observations are as follows.

1) There is a lot of noise when speaking.

2) Caller id is NOT showing the correct Incoming call.

3) NOT able to make Outgoing calls.

I request you to depute your personnel to rectify my problem
