NO, SERVICES FROM BSNL

Dear sir,

my name is santhosh babu. we are using BSNL Landline phone. from the last 4 months. our phone is not working. bill is coming from every month. several times we raised complaint for this. but there is no response from their side. and even from online also i registred the complaint 3 times in a two months period

(reff nos: "APR/CO/643", "02011331102190001", "02011331103130001"). Still our phone is not working. they are not providing any kind of services and support.

So, i requested u to please forward this issue.
