I Smt Narmada Vemuri having BSNL land line with broad band connection bearing no.2589333 in exchange NRPM in VIJAYAWADA TELECOM DISTRICT. In Decem i received bill for the above phone no for Rs.15, 000/- . Due to my finanicial problems i did'nt paid the bill till today. The land line and broad band connections are disconnected.
In this connection i request you to reconnet the above phone & broad band connecten and allow me to clear the above phone outstanding dues in 5 monthly instalments.
