BSNL land line & broad band
BSNL land line dead

Dear sir,

My Bsnl land line is dead since 12 days. I filed a complaint in bsnl office. I called all the people in bsnl office. Respose is "some line are dead near velankani post". But how long it takes more than 5 days.

I also have BSNL broad band with it. I need to pay all the bills. Kindly suggest what should be done know.
