Hitgh exceed of BSNL Landline Bill by mistake of Deptt

Dear Sir,

It is for your kind informatiuon that I am BSNL Landline Customer namely Suresh chander gupta Landline phone no 0191-2541159.

R/O: Qtr. No. 23, Sarwal Colony, sarwal Jammu.

Sir, I have presently Broad band plan of Rs. 250.00 & incomming

facility only of Rs.99.00 plane . (linked with BSNL Rani Talab, Jammu, J&K, )

Therefore I have to pay Rs349.00 for the same which I am paying to BSNL for last few months. But this time When I went for submitting the same amount the authority asked for paying Rs.1567.00 instead of Rs 349.00 .But I only paid Rs. 349.00 Please look into the matter

& made necessary correction for the same.
