Respected Sir/Madam,

It is submitted that I (Vikram Yadav H.No 81 Sector 10A Gurgaon). This is to inform you that I have received the Electric Bill of March 10 to May 10 in that Bill your Deptt.. has charged 42826/- as Sundry Charges.

I have approched CCC Kadipur Office and asked about the Sundry Charges they told me that our Deptt.. has given the Bogus refund of that amount. I requested to the Staff for the details of Bogus refund but they never given to me. I have visited 10 times to your CCC Kadipur Officer but they not given any details about the Bogus refund.

I have request to UDC for the details because my last date of Submission the bill is 29 June so they corrected my bill given the advise you just deposit the current bill which 6800/- and I have submitted on the same date. But they have not given any details about the bogus refund.

After that I have contacted with CA and he told me that in June month you have corrected the bill and that amount 21358/- with we have corrected it is not correct that’s why it is showing under the Bogus refund.

But in June month I have not corrected any bill how it is possible deptt has given Bogus Refund. Here I want to inform you that my electric meter was changed and shifted on the electric poll by your deptt. In April. But my new meter reading was not updated in the system that’s why I have received the Avg.. bill till Feb and I had paid all the Avg.. bill till Feb.

In Feb I had contacted with SDO and given all the details about Avg.. bill SDO has instructed the CA Mr Rajbir for sort it out issue. Mr Rajbir has made new bill on the basis of consumation of the units between April to Feb which is 7025 units amount was 30857/- and deducted the amount 14124 which I had paid as Avg.. bill between 2007 to Feb and I had paid bill amout 16728/- on 03 Feb and your deptt had given the insurance to me that your next bill will be make on actual reading basis.

But again I have received Avg Bill in month of May and after that your deptt made a bill of 9508/-and I had paid this bill on 11 June and again your deptt has given the insurance to me that your next bill will be make on actual reading basis.

But in June I have received again Avg Bill and again your Deptt has corrected the bill and given to advise to deposit only 1505/- and I had paid this bill on July and your Deptt.. gives me entry no of the computer which is 88/2R and given the insurance next your bill will come of the acutal reading basis. Regarding the same I have written the letter to SDO and given the compliant at Public Grievance Cell on 23 Sep 2010. (Copy Attached)

After that I have received my bill on actual reading basis and I had paid all the bill till March. But suddenly I have received the bill in May with Sundry Charges 42826/-.

I have requested so many times to your deptt but no action will be taken till yet.

It is requested that Kindly look in to this matter and removed the Sundry Charges.
