Dear Sir

I had applied for a new BSNL land line connection vide form number CEN093547, registration number CIR/GG/NOR/08-09/0892 dated 11.12. but very surprisingly the new connection has not been installed till date, even after the lapse of more than 2 and 1/2 months.

Please expedite installation of the phone
