I am in abroad in UAE and my wife and children are in India vaikom taluk kottayam dist kerala india. our landphone under (nanadam exchange) (udayanapuram) under vaikom main exchage kottayam dist kerala is not working for the last three weeks my wife made so many complaints in nanadam exchange and also at vailkom main exchage. the complaint not at rectified till date our home phone number -04829-270256 so i hereby reqest you to solve th problem as soon as possible. i had only this source to communicate with my family
