BSNL LANDLINE PHONE IN NAGPUR
DELAY IN SHIFTING OF LANDLINE PHONE

Dear sir,

I had requested to BSNL for shifting of my Land line Phone - 0712.2560371 in Nagpur, on 20th of March.(Two months back).

But uptill now there is no action from BSNL.

BSNL sended one bill of Amt Rs 162.00.

I have contacted to all responsible officials from BSNL, Nagpur Circle (in person, on mobile & on INTERNET . But all efforts are gone to vain.

Pl give me Justice & guide regarding how to tackle this case.
