Not providing services BSNL

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am using BSNL landline from last 15 years. My Landline no. is 0712-2755433.Recently we are facing very serious problem of noisy line from last 7-8 months. We had registered our complaint through customer care no.198. one of the concern person came to solve the problem but did nothing. There was no improvement in voice, we told him about that but he still didn t answer and went off. The problem is still persist, we cant hear properly. As a privileged customer of BSNL we request you to help us. Expecting positive reply soon.
