I have downloaded BSNL RBT (code is 117278) on 22 April evening thru my bsnl net accout and same was deduct RBT charges from my a/c on dated 23 April 25 05:00 hrs, and receive conform message, Since I didn't get the above RBT tune...
Also I called BSNL customer care on several time for above matter but not receive correct answer and till time not solve this problem.
