Purcahsed from Compuciti Pune with 3 years warranty. Product defective and deposited with Compuciti in Nov replaced in 45 days. Again went non functioning and deposited back to Compuciti in warranty period. It is now 50 days and no satisfactory response for replacement. Redressal sought is refund of money (Rs 10, 000) and also compensation of Rs 10, 000
