I bought new SIM on 10 jun with 4026plan. when my service started my balance is reduced by Rs 5 to Rs 15 daily without uses. i tried several times to constomer care (9400024365) but i didn, t success. i also complaint to franchisee. but he told that to contact custmer care. so please rectify my problem.
