Phone dead for last two weeks

My land line become faulty since 06 June 09. I have taken broadband connection also on the same number. I registered complaint from another exchange and not received any complaint number. Again I registered complaint on 09 Jun 09. The complaint number got is C177.

After one week also, the phone is not working and nobody attended the complaint.

Please do the needful.
