I have a bsnl mobile no. 919412267199 and provider have chaged me Rs.240/- for calls while I was roaming in MTNL mumbai on 03.13.2008. when I saw my itemised invoice period 19.11.2008 to 18.12.2008 i found that call to which No. 919417099997 showing in my invoice is not possible because it was massege center no.and calls to this no every 8 seconds again and again.than I filed a complant to CCN firozabad again and again. after 10 days later he replied his nodel officer says that subscriber has called than i told him to make a call to this no from my mobile.he cheked him self call was not possible .after that I have paid the bill to avoid disconnect.so i req to you please solve my problem and i hope you will solve it.
