Bad services of Network and Customercare

I am subscriber of BSNL since last 4 years, but I am totaly unsatisfied with the service. Now I am thinking to swich over to some other services. These days BSNL netwoks is like Hell, its impossible to make or recive calls

BSNL customercare is also not registering complains. My number is 9422543307, Pune, Pashan resident.
